@Milan: I am not sure, if you can set alert specifically for any keyword in Yahoo Answer only. All I can show you right now is you can subscribe to Yahoo! Answers specific keyword RSS feed.
For example: If you want to know about latest Q & A which has “SEO” term mentioned you can subscribe to http://answers.yahoo.com/rss/searchq?p=seo
Note: you can change p=”your keyword”.
